Swapped binocular and standard lowercase G, re-designed the standard lowercase G (plus accented versions).

Manually fixed some Metrics issues.

Switching to using References for certain accented characters as a way to reduce file sizes.

Redesigned uppercase J.

Tweaked lowercase B, D, P & Q (plus derivatives and relatives).

New Greek Tonos and Dialytika with Tonos diacritical marks, characters that use them have the new forms (old Forms are in PUA so you can use them as alternates if prefered).

Subtle tweak on Cedilla and accented characters with Cedilla.

Updated Accented characters using Comma based accents (Such as G with cedilla) to match current style comma.

Tweaked upper and lowercase Greek letter Stigma, lowercase final Sigma, Rho Symbol, lowercase Alpha, Beta Symbol, and lowercase Tau. 

Re-designed Greek lowercase Phi, Epsilon with hook Symbol (plus versions with Acute and Diaeresis), lowercase Pi, Pi symbol, lowercase Omega, and lowercase Chi.

Removal of unnecessary alternates from PUA, addition of new alternates to replace some of them.

Addition of Polish double L with Ukośna (stroke) Ligature in upper and lowercase forms.

Addition of Dalecarlian B, D, & T Runes in PUA for use as alternate Runic characters (Encoded at U+E088, u+e089 and U+E08A).

Addition of Space types not in earlier versions.

Addition of the Russian Decimal Exponent Symbol from the GOST 10859-64 standard.

Chi Rho redrawn, old one moved to PUA.

Some lesser used Metric measurement symbols (such as dM for decimeter) and obsolete units (such as the Myriameter, which is equivalent to 10 Kilometers) added to PUA.

Proper character names were added to various characters instead of generic names based off of Unicode values ("Acaron" instead of uni01CD for example). Not all characters have corrected names.

Oldstyle numerals added to PUA (0 through 9).
