The ArrowheadLake family is based on Arrowhead and Arrowhead and Arrowhead Shaded as found on page 74 of the Solotype Catalog and in Display Alphabets, by Dan Solo for Dover publications.

This is version 2.  An earlier version was distributed and later withdrawn.

A note on the font names:

The 'Shaded' version in the Solotype Catalog is really a 3D extrusion. My first release included it as 'Arrowhead Lake Shadows'. 

This release includes THREE fonts:

Solotype Arrowhead, produced here as ArrowheadLake
Solotype Arrowhead Shaded, produced here as  ArrowheadLakeShadows (3D extruded)
       also added ArrowheadLakeSunlit (a separate true shadow effect)
