Introducing "NewBunting"

a Stars and Stripes font incorporating parts of NightMvs101's  "101!
Drippin' With Patriotism".

This has a smaller lower case font (the 101 font's miniscules are all
the same size as the majuscules), and some characters beyond just the
alpha/numerics. The additional characters and the lower case alphabet
include some conversions from a wmf alphabet on the Clickart 200,000 CD
and some original glyphs.
