The lettershapes are from an incomplete (no "N") alphabet by Maxfield Parrish (1870-1966)shown in Fig. 140. 

The image was saved and then traced with Cr8Trace to produce an .eps file. The .eps file was opened in Illustrator (Fontlab wouldn't accept it) and the individual letters copied into the font. Some minor resizing and realignment was done to make the alphabet more useable as a font.

There is no "N" in the original. It was made up.
