Here you go, SusiM and Frogii.  (And the rest of the world, too)

Created from an existing freeware font called Alaskan Nights, 
combined with a map of Alaska for the capitals.

Note:  Because of the big difference between the size of the map 
and the letters themselves, the letters will be MUCH smaller than
other fonts at equivalent point sizes.  It's best used and visible
 at pretty large sizes (64 pts and up?)
